Using your space
Wise Sparks offers learning activities, games, study tools, personal rewards and family support. The invited pilot is still being improved. Features, availability and content may change.
Use your own account and keep its password and recovery information private. Give accurate information during setup. If a child needs help signing in, a parent or caregiver should help without sharing another person’s account.
Families, schools and permission
A parent or caregiver can see a learner’s information only through an approved connection and its permissions. Knowing a child’s name, attending the same school or helping the platform does not create that connection.
School directory entries and enrollment records do not mean a school endorses Wise Sparks or has granted access to student records. These records are separate from family permissions.
An invitation, a checked box or reading this page is not, by itself, verified parental consent. The operator must complete the appropriate notice and consent process before collecting information where consent is required.
Be kind. Keep private things private.
Ask questions, make mistakes and share useful feedback. A wrong answer is part of practice, not misconduct.
- Do not bully, threaten, harass or impersonate someone.
- Do not share passwords, private contact details or someone else’s school records.
- Use names, photos and messages that are appropriate for a learning space.
- Do not bypass access controls, manipulate tickets or interfere with the service.
- Report a problem through Help & ideas. Reporting harmful words for help is different from directing them at someone.
Learning, tickets and rewards
Practice checks and writing estimates have limits. They are not official school grades, diagnoses or proof of mastery. A teacher or other qualified person can help check a difficult or disputed explanation.
Spark tickets are earned inside Wise Sparks and exchanged for available visual rewards. They are not money, cannot be cashed out, and are not a measure of a child’s worth or school achievement. Eligible work must meet the activity’s rules; repeating a saved completion does not create unlimited tickets.
The catalog may grow or change. Taking a break does not harm a companion. No payment or subscription agreement is created by reading this draft.
Your work and feedback
Share only material you are allowed to use. A photo of schoolwork can include private details, so check it before saving. Your saved material is used to provide the feature where you submitted it and to handle your support request.
Feedback helps the team decide what to improve. It does not automatically publish your work, train a model or authorize a change to someone else’s account. Final ownership and service-license terms still require operator and legal review.
Help, review and account access
The platform can block unsuitable text and record an incident for review. Authorized people review context when handling reports and account access. Safety and account controls may limit features or pause access; a pause does not mean every record has been deleted.
If you think a restriction or a learning response is wrong, use Help & ideas. Describe what happened without including a password or private records from other people. This support channel is not an emergency service.
Other websites and AI
An optional video link can open YouTube or another named service. That service has its own content, account and privacy practices. Wise Sparks does not control what appears after you leave.
AI features, when available, have separate roles and limits explained in the AI use notice. They can misunderstand a request or select unhelpful guidance. They do not replace teachers, caregivers or professional advice.
What is still being finalized
This is a review draft, not the final platform agreement. Governing law, any future paid-service terms and the procedure for accepting material updates still need confirmation.
Reading this page does not record acceptance or waive your rights. The final version needs an approved effective date and a clear notice process.
Let’s help you find a way forward.
The welcome page answers the questions families ask most: how to join, and where a child starts. If yours is not there: a question, an idea or a privacy request? Get in touch with the Wise Sparks team. Please leave passwords and private documents out of your message.
